    thes's = thes is
    com's = come is

    "Its" is a possessive pronoun, while "it's" is the contraction of it is. If we use its, there will be no verb therefore it will not be a sentence and the message is obscured.

    It is -impersonal "it" folowed by the verb "be".
    It`s mine = It is mine.

    "Its" is a possessive pronoun or adjective.
    I`ve got a new PC. Its display is modern. - possessive adjective.
    What about that plug over there? It is its. [of the computer]-possessive pronoun]

    Well, that's mostly right. But in the sentence "It is its" the word "its" doesn't have anything to modify.

    It is its.

    The dog wags its tail when it is excited.
