Rewrite each sentences. Use contracted forms

Tony would not have crashed if he had been more careful

    ----

If I had my credit card with me, I would have bought the coat

    -----

You would not have got lost if you had taken the map

    ----

If Graham had not lost his watch, he would not have missed the phone

    -----

If you had not told me her name, I would have found out from someoned else

    ----

If I were you, I'd try getting up earlier

    ----

Rewrite the sentecens, don't change the meaning.

I'll call police if you don't leave alone

    Unless...

In the snowy weather we don't go to school.

    If...

Without Jack's help, I wouldn't have been able to move the table.

    If....

Make me some coffee, and I'll give you one of my biscuits.

    If...

If you hadn't told me about Sue's hair, I wouldn't have noticed

    Unless..

If you see Peter, tell him to be here at 8.00

    Should...

I wouldn't accept if you asked me to marry you

    If you were...

Thanks! I need it for the morning, any help will be appreciate.

I'm wondering if anybody would ever use the contracted form of had.
If I'd my credit card with me, I'd have bought the coat.
"If I'd my.." sounds weird to me. Would you say so, anybody?

    I would say:
If I had my credit card, I would buy a coat.
If I had my credit card, I'd buy a coat.
If I had had my credit card, I would have bought a coat.
If I'd had my credit card, I would've bought a coat.

Yes, but the specific question here is the use of a contracted "had" where "had" is the main verb.
I'd a dog, until he died. This isn't normal in any dialect I know of.
No one is questioning its contraction as an auxiliary.
