Only the second one is idiomatic English.

The first would require inversion- Never does she...
;-)

That would work. It would be quite unusual, but it would be acceptable English.

Perhaps it's just me, but none of them make sense. The last part of the sentence "...go out at night." doesn't make sense with any of the choices because you have "goes" in all them, and they all don't make sense.

Gracias, tdol. I thought that's what you meant, but I wanted to make sure.

In my opinion, I choose the second one. moreover, I als agree that in the first one needs inversion. Like" Never does she go....". If we use this structure, our writing will be more colorful. Right?

I think the correct is " she never goes "
if you use " Never she goes " use must use " Never does she go "
and the third is wrong, so the second is the correct answer.

I agree. "Never does she go" would be a better option if you want to start the sentence with a negative.:splat: However, using " Never she goes " would be interesting in a blank verse or a poem or an alternate form of writing. :n00b:

Kind of reminds me of Matilda. I don't know why, but it does.

I select No. 2. The first word is the subject, the second is the negative word and the last is the verb.

I think the frequency adverb "never " must be in the middle ie between the subject and the verb
