    Default Are these sentences correct?

These sentences are from my sentence transformation exercise. I've got the answer keys already but there's something I want to ask you for more detail.
1.George asked Olga whether she felt like to go out for a meal.
As far as i read, "feel like" is always followed by a gerund. Do you have any idea for that sentence?
2.You can't blame me for your stupid mistakes.
The answer key is "It isn't my fault that made your stupid mistakes.",but i want to know whether "It isn't my fault for your stupid mistakes." is correct or not.
    Thanks in advance.

    1- I agree- 'going'
2- The answer key looks wrong. 'It isn't my fault that you made (your) stupid mistakes.
Your version would work with 'blame'- I can't be blamed/I'm not to blame for your stupid mistakes.

For the second sentence, i can't use these answers 'coz they want me to rewrite the sentence, using the word "fault"... Thanks for your reply.
