    Dear Teachers,

    1) They’re a very nice couple.
    2) We will marry sooner or later.

    - Are these ones ok to say?

    Sentence 1) is fine, as is sentence 2), but with volitional "will", you may want to separate it from the idea of indefiniteness by using a comma, like this,

    2) We will marry, sooner or later.
