    Past Perfect

    1. Don't worry about me, I had never chosed a wrong person before and I still haven't. (If this is incorrect, why?)

    Thanks.

    Re: Past Perfect

    I think is wrong.
    I would say:
Don't worry about me, I have never chosen a wrong person before and I still haven't.
    This is what I guess
Because if oyu say "had chosen" you are saying that that, this time, you have chosen a wrong person.
As far as I know, the past participle of "choose" is "chosen"

    Re: Past Perfect

    I'd say:

I have never chosen the wrong person before and never will.

    What do these mean?

    1. You have never needed me more than you need me now.
    2. You had never needed me more than you need me now.

    Thanks.
