I'm not a teacher, just a student.
How can something be "new and improved" at the same time?
For something to be NEW, it has never existed in the first place.
For something to be IMPROVED, it has to be already in existence.
With that said, how can "New and Improved" but used together? For example, I hear people say "this is my new and improved self". How can this be?
I'm confused.
