Hi,

could you please tell me what "as per the date" means in the following sentence:

The buyer shall pay all taxes and fees levied by the authorities concerning the house as per the date of execution of this agreement.

Does it mean "on the date" or "starting from the date" or something else?

Thanks a lot!

I would guess "starting from the date" but it is not very well said.
