    I wonder if "showing" is gerund or anything.
    'He has a job showing visitors over the castle.

    Hello wowenglish1, I'm not a teacher, but I hope my advice helps!

    "Showing" is a gerund; however, you used it strangely in that sentence. A simple sentence could be something like this: his occupation is showing the visitors the castle.

    I think, to guide around would be better.
    His job is guiding the visitors around the castle.
