    Default she dyed/colored her hair ?

    Are both sentences correct : "she dyed her hair" and "she colored her hair" ?

    Yes, if punctuated correctly they are.

    They mean the same thing and are both correct (with punctuation). Also remember that in BrE, it would be "coloured"
