    hung the moon

I am reading an article talking about a man who's been running hot and cold. May I know th meaning of the phrases have been highlighted as follow?

"But I know full well that this is already a reality
in thousands of relationships, or should we say
"relationships" - because he's just never sure! One
day he thinks you hung the moon. Other days, he's
either filled with doubt or just plain absent. "

    Tks / ju
