    is the below question correct?
    "Did you saw me yesterday?"

    It's ungrammatical. Try,

    Did you see me yesterday?

    Only one verb per sentence can carry tense. Both "see" and "Did" are verbs, but "Did" carries the tense, so the main verb "see" doesn't take tense at all.

    Here are two more examples,

    I watched TV.
    Did you watch TV?

    He walked the dog.
    Did he walk the dog?
