Dear teachers...

Could you please proofread this clarification note?

Many thanks!

CLARIFICATION NOTE
Dear Reviewers,

We would like to thank you for your useful comments and suggestions on the structure of our manuscript. However, we are afraid some of your suggestions could not be fully embraced. <Company's name> directs the authors to maintain secrecy about the origin of their products and its derivatives (oily water, turpentine, etc.).

The manuscript has been resubmitted to your journal.
We look forward to your positive response.

This sounds a bit negative. If the next sentence contains all of the things you couldn't change, then you could say something like

We couldn't make all of the changes requested because <Company's name>'s policy obliges the authors to maintain secrecy about the origin of their products and its derivatives (oily water, turpentine, etc.).
