    Hello Katsumoto,
    I'll take you up on that offer. What are the most useful phonologic(al) rules for vowels and that don't have too many exceptions? What IPA symbol should I use for the medial 't' in (normal) North American English for words like city and Italy to distinguish it from the British pronunciation?
