    Should fast-food chains be supported?

Plz read and comment on my essay ! Thanks !

Topic: In some country, people have boycotted fast food chains because they feel that they pose a threat to the national character of their cities. Write an essay in which you either support or oppose the growth of fast food chains around the world.

    Essay:

It is hard to find anything as cheap, tasty and convenient as fast-food. Meeting the demand of people in the increasing busy pace of work, such fast-food chains as KFC, BBQ or McDonald were introduced and have deeply ingrained among those who work more and more while spending less and less time on cooking. Nevertheless, fast-food chains should not be supported due to several reasons.

For one thing, fast-food is apparently not good for peopleís health. Such fast-food products as fried chicken, fried potatoes are made with a great deal of industrial cooking-oil, which contains much cholesterol and other harmful elements. People, especially children, favor sweet drinks very much, while beverages served by fast-food chains are mostly gas drinks. This can be explained by the purpose of serving appropriate products to customers, but this is a rather sinister turn of events. Gas drinks accelerate aging processes, harming the body with different poisonous substances. Without realizing it, people are gradually killed without the slightest hint of protest.

In addition, the development of fast-food chains poses a threat to the traditional traits of cities. Along with the busy pace of life, any fast, convenient and advantageous service is highly appreciated. There is a sign of tradition neglect when people do not remember how to cook a traditional food or fail to correctly name a dish that was once so popular among their native people for a long time, just because they are more acquainted with the fast and modern dishes they eat everyday. Fast-food serves people with its convenience but takes from them not only money but also sense of custom.

Supposing that fast-food is developed with the support of people in the globe. Actually, people in the world today are too busy to cook for themselves, and fast-food is one of the best choices. Fast-food chains help to save peopleís time, give them good and professional services. But I can not imagine all the other negative sequences. Just thinking of how people forget about their own health and run after some kind of food that contains no nutrients, just consists of harmful elements, or how the quintessential traditions of countries fall into obliviousness because of it, I just wonder why God let humans think of such thing.

A pizza is such a great idea for a break time between tough working times. But does it maintain your health or keep you remember the tradition of the country you are living in? In my opinion, before using any kind of fast service, just think about what it gives and what it takes. Buying fast-food sometimes but donít buy it forever. Anyhow, the development of the world is always attached to the creation of people, and the creation mostly begun with working, and modification of traditions.

    Essay:

It is hard to find anything as cheap, tasty and convenient as fast-food.
(Fast food is anything but cheap especially in third word countries. Fast food is two separate words)

Meeting(To meet) the demand(s) of people in the increasing(ly) busy pace of work(life), such fast-food chains (such) as KFC, BBQ or McDonald were introduced and have deeply ingrained among(in) those who work more and more (who are too busy working) while spending less and less time on cooking and cannot find the time to cook). Nevertheless, fast-food chains should not be supported due to several reasons.

For one thing, fast-food is apparently not good(known to be bad) for people’s health. Such fast-food products (such) as fried chicken, fried potatoes are made with a great deal of industrial cooking-oil, which contains much cholesterol and other harmful elements. People, especially children, favor sweet drinks very much, while beverages served by fast-food chains are mostly gas (fizzy) drinks. (how are 'sweet' and 'fizzy' related?) This can be explained by the purpose of serving appropriate products to customers, but this is a rather sinister turn of events. (sentence is not clear and does not follow from the previous sentence) Gas drinks accelerate (the) aging processes, harming the body with different poisonous substances. Without realizing it, people are gradually killed (slowing killing themselves) without the slightest hint of protest (without them realising it).

In addition, the development of fast-food chains poses a threat to the traditional traits(?) of cities. Along with the busy pace of life, any fast, convenient and advantageous service is highly appreciated (well received). There is a sign of tradition neglect when people do not remember how to cook a traditional food (dish) or fail to correctly name a dish that was once so popular among their native people for a long time, just because they are more acquainted with the fast and modern dishes they eat everyday. Fast-food serves people with its convenience but takes from them not only money but also (the)sense of custom.

Supposing that fast-food is developed with the support of people in the globe (sentence not complete). Actually, people in the world today are too busy to cook for themselves, and fast-food is one of the best choices(alternatives). Fast-food chains help to save people’s time, give them good and professional services. But I can not(cannot) imagine all the other negative (con)sequences. Just thinking (think) of how people forget about their own health and run after(crave for) some kind of food that contains no nutrients, just consists of harmful elements, or how the quintessential traditions of countries fall into obliviousness (oblivion) because of it, I just wonder why God let humans think of such (a) thing.

A pizza is such a great idea for a break time between tough(demanding) working times (hours). But does it maintain (is it beneficial to) your health or keep you remember (remind you) of the tradition of the country you are living in? In my opinion, before using any kind of fast service, just think about what it gives and what it takes. Buying fast-food sometimes but don’t buy it forever. (Patronize fast food in moderation but do not make it your staple). Anyhow, the development(progress) of the world is always attached (dependent on) to the creation(creativity) of (the) people, and the creation (creativity) mostly begun (starts) with working (?)and modification (evolution) of traditions.
