    Is the following sentence correct:

    He cocked his head in a slyly questioning way.

    I think it's OK. People tend to cock their heads to the side when they are about to ask a question. This head cocking gesture with an old familiar "questioning" expression is oftentimes accompanied by the popular: "WEEEElllll???"....Brings a lot of fear into some kids and teenagers when they know they have some serious explaining to do....
