Background:
An interviewer asks me:
What makes our company successful?

Question:
Which sentence is correct?

Note:
The company is already a successful company.

Sentence1:
Matching suitable people with suitable positions makes your company successful.
Sentence2:
Matching suitable people with suitable positions will make your company successful.
Sentence3:
Matching suitable people with suitable positions can make your company successful.

Sentence 1 is correct.
You already said that the company is successful, so why suggest what will make or what can make the company successful.

I agree with Isedeh, but isn't it a bit of an obvious sales pitch? Is that really all that makes them successful- including something else might make it a bit less blatant. ;-)
