BSAI: can you pronounce that acronym as one word, without clumsy struggle with your tongue?

Why "-sigh", not "-say" ?
Because in an international context, 'ai' is more likely to be pronounced '-igh'?
Consider that, even in English, we pronounce the following as '-igh':
Saigon, Cairo, Shanghai, Nairobi, Taipei ...

And "ei" is pronounced "-ay"
Beijing, Beirut, Taipei ...
