    Quotation Marks

There's an add in a newspaper for a vacant position. The position is called Legal Counsel within the Player's Status & Governance department.

Should it be in quotation marks in the following sentence:

Please accept my application for the position of Legal Counsel within the Player's Status & Governance department.

    Thanks.
