I work at a company1 but in certian hours I go to company2 to do another job.
In company1 I am paid monthly salary regardless my hours of work.
In company2 I am paid only for the number of hours I work. I go to them when they need me. 2 to 5 hours a week.
What can I call situation1 and situation2?
I am in both companies as a contract worker.
I think of monthly salary job/ hours salary job?
Is this correct?
In company 1 your are paid a monthly salary.
In company 2 you are paid 'pro rata the hours worked'.
