Are there any mistakes here please, in terms of grammar as well as speaking?
Seeing the family photos my heart is so jumping with joy.
Thanks.
The use of "so" to mean "definitely" before a verb is a fairly recent thing. You will hear people say "I'm SO going that concert", meaning "I am definitely going to go to that concert"; "I'm SO not going to drink as much this Saturday!" to mean "I'm definitely not going to drink as much this Saturday [as I did last Saturday]"
However, it doesn't sound natural in your sentence. I think "jumping for joy" alone sounds fine.
Also - a
person usually "jumps
for joy", not "jumps
with joy", and I'm not sure that we would say that a "heart" jumps for joy.
I think I would say something like:
Seeing the family photos made my heart leap with happiness.
Seeing the family photos, I was jumping for joy!
What do you think?
