Hi. I am learning to use the word "get" in a passive voice.

Please kindly check the following sentences for me:

1. He has been killed by the monster.
2. He got killed by the monster.
3. He was killed by the monster.
4. He has got killed by the monster.
5. "Get him killed by the monster", said the vampire.

After making up the above sentences, I believe that the second and the third ones are having the same meaning, am I correct? Besides, I also believe that "get" or "got" can be used to replace "is/am/are" or "was/were" when it comes to passive voice in past tense or present tense but not for present perfect or past perfect, am I correct?

Thanks for your help!

#1 and #3 sound the most natural to me, with #2 an okay third choice (if talking about monsters was natural in the first place).

Thanks for your prompt reply!

You mentioned that the second example was your third choice; is it due to its informality? The grammar in the second one is informal, am I correct?

Yes, in my opinion "He got killed" is informal. On the other hand, if we're talking about video games (were I assume being killed my monsters is more common than in real life), it's a more informal environment, so informal seems natural.
