    tired

I wonder if there is subtle difference between "1" and "2".

    1. Tired, I went to bed early.
    2. I, tired, went to bed early.

    Re: tired

No native speaker would use either of your sentences.

'I was tired, so I went to bed early.'
'I went to bed early because I was tired.'

Rather more formal: 'Feeling tired, I went to bed early.'
