Default Funny to spot if in other people.

    Dear Teacher,

In the following two passages, I don't quite understand the bracketed clauses. Would you please do me favor?

Biff was thinking that in nearly every person there was some special physical part kept always guarded. With the mute his hands. With Alice it was her hair; And with himeself?

Lingeringly Biff turned the ring on his little finger. Anyway he knew what it was not. (Not Anymore. A sharp line cut into his forehead.) His hand in his pocket moved nervously toward his genitals. He began whistling a song and got up from the talbe. (Funny to spot it in other people, though.)

    Thanks a lot!

    1. 'A sharp line cut into his forehead' -- he frowned.
    2. 'Funny to spot it in other people' -- it was amusing or strange to notice it in other people.
