    I have no answers to the questions that I have looked up in the dictionary but cannot get, so I need your help , teachers. Thank you very much.

    3. Wrong. 'Look forward to' takes a noun or -ing object: 'I look forward to our winning'.

    'Expect' is right. No reason except for vocabulary choice-- it is a simple business expectation, with no attached emotion ('anticipate' and 'look forward to' include a nuance of desire); 'assure' does not work grammatically.
