    1. 'of' is correct. I wonder where you got these questions, Yuanbin-- if you have copied this one accurately, it is not written by a competent native speaker; it should read 'help you increase business' or 'encourage you to increase business'.

    2. By the same token, some of these answers seem to have small mistakes; I think they should read:
    a. establishment of an L/C has cost us a great deal
    b. we have been heavily burdened with the cost of opening an L/C
    c. establishment of an L/C has involved us in a lot of expenses (expense?)
    d. it has tied up a great deal of our funds to open an L/C.

I suppose that 'd' is the answer, but I am not confident-- they all seem awkward ways to say 'establishing a L/C has been expensive'.

    3. Again some small typographical mistakes? and it is difficult to choose, because they all seem awkward and unnatural to me. Perhaps 'd' because of the seemingly inappropriate 'clients'.

Maybe another teacher will have a clearer vision of these.

    Here are my picks:

    [1] of 3% per box

[2] We have to explain to you that *establishment of an L/Chas involved us in a lot of expenses.

[3] We know that your *rule of payment is to trade with your clients on an L/C basis, but we believe your accommodation in this term is quite necessary for promotion of our business.
