    between when

    "This is basically the time interval between when the output changes due to the input change which caused it."

    The above means:1.This is basically the time interval from output to input. 2.This is basically the time interval from the first output to the sencond output.
    Which do you agree with?

    The sentence doesn't make sense. You need and "and" in it. Where did you get that sentence?
