I have yet to be paid.

Is there anything wrong with the part in bold?

    Have you been paid?

No, I have yet to be paid.

    thanks.

There's nothing wrong with it, but "No, I haven't been paid yet" or simply "No, not yet" would be more common responses.

I , somehow, think that it is formal. Isn't it?

Re: I have yet to be paid.

Would you mind telling me why did you use would in that sentence?

Simply idiomatic! In this context, it means the same as "I agree", which I should probably use on this forum in future.
