    Default Are these sentences correct?

    Marble floor needs to be re-polished to avoid the door touching to the floor

    Apply silicone sealant all around the glass panel to sauna room in order to avoid water leaking through the underneath the glass panel to the hall.
    Repair damaged wallpaper by wetness in wall due to condensation.
    Replace defective weatherstrip to door to prevent ingress of air through the gap betwen door and door frame.

    See above. You need to decide whether you want to use definite articles or not. You had used them in some places and not in others. I have added all the missing ones. If this is a list of work to be done, then you could remove all the definite articles, but be consistent.
