Would yoube kind enough to correct my following sentences:

You passed your cold to me.

I contracted my cold from you.

His new movies are a cross between his older ones and the new lovey-dovey movies.

Digital cameras don't do justice to capture the true grandeur of this splendid cascade.

I contracted my cold from you. More commonly: "I caught my cold from you".

I'm not sure about this. You have used "new" twice. How can his new films be a cross between his old films and his new films?! Or are they a cross between his older films and a general trend of romantic films?

Digital cameras don't do justice to capture the true grandeur of this splendid cascade.
See above. You don't need "capture". You can simply say that something doesn't do justice to something else.

    Thanks a million times!
    See above.
