    Default Please help me to correct these sentences.

    Please note that we have not yet received any instruction regarding the above subject from your department or even from those concerned.
    This is our regular procedure to inspect each item against with our purchase orders and also, it is the part of one of our policy and procedure for this department.
    However, we inspected all the items arrived at the warehouse and carefully re-packed and stored accordingly. Also, note that our warehouse is fully air-conditioned and there is no chance to get them moisture by humidity.

    Please see above. Amendments are in red and queries in blue. I have deleted the whole of the end of paragraph two because it seemed redundant. It appeared to refer to the procedure detailed in the first half of the paragraph and you had already explained that that is your regular procedure.
