If "Howard" puts on an any exhibition, "Philip" will go to visit it? It's OK like this, with the "s" and without the "will".

    Re: If

Are you asking questions, Bamdad, or making statements?

'If Howard puts on any exhibition, Philip will go to visit it.' (Statement)

'If Howard puts on any exhibitiion, will Philip go to visit it?' (Question)

You don't need inverted commas for the names.

In that case this is correct: "If Howard puts on an any exhibition, will Philip go to visit it?"
