I have one sentence :
The children should have their mother wait outside

please tell me how to change this sentence into original sentence ??

If I were you I would write the following sentence:

The children should have waited their mother outside

Let us see who will cast the first stone at me.

Could you explain more about what you mean by original sentence? Do you mean you need to rephrase this sentence another way? Do you need to make the mother the subject instead of the children?

For example:The mother should wait outside for her children.

If you mean that you agree with Vil's sentence:

The children should have waited their mother outside,
I'm afraid it doesn't make sense.
