Is this expression about GPA correct?
Dear friends,
I'm writing an application letter to a professor. Do you think the following sentence is correct? If not, could you please fix it?
My GPA for all graduate courses was 3.64 out of 4 or 86.74 out of 100. Besides, I held at least a 3.49 GPA for all courses or a 3.68 GPA for specialized courses during my undergraduate study with a scale of 4 .

By the way, can i say overall GPA(4 point scale) is xx or overall GPA(percent) is xx.?
