    In many movies I've seen people saying
    How you doing?
    so is it right to say that?

    It's a colloquial (and grammatically dire) short form of "How are you doing?".
    It's better avoided in formal situations, but fine with friends or family, I suppose, unless you are like me and a little old-fashioned about such things!
