Generally we listen to music "on" something, radio, hi-fi, mp3 etc.

Is it that the answer would change depending on the frequency of the action performed? I mean-

I listen to music on my iPhone everyday.

I rarely listen to music with my iPhone. (action is performed less frequently )

It doesn't make any difference whether or not you use "rarely".
