    Hi Teacher:

    Could you please tell me what "shaking the spit out of Sucker" means in the following sentence?

    For a minute she felt good about shaking the spit out of Sucker.

    Since "Sucker" is capitalized, I'd say it refers to a person, specifically someone who has angered the speaker. The speaker has 'shaken the spit out of' that person. To shake the spit out of someone means exactly that. To brawl physically or mentally with someone and win.
