    Hi there,
    Please proofread the following sentence:

    Why is a teacher a must while practising speaking English?

    This is how I would say it.
    Why is a teacher a must while practising to speak English?

    "a must" is very informal
    Also I would probably use when instead of while, sounds better not sure why.

    Why is a teacher recommended when practising to speak English?

    "Why is a teacher recommended when practising speaking English." This is correct whether you use "a must", "recommended" or "essential". "Essential" is closer in meaning to "a must" than is "recommended".
