    Is it similar to '' it is all greek to me ''

    I haven't heard it but I would imagine that yes, it means the same as "It's all Greek to me".

    I have heard 'It could have been in Chinese/Russian (or other non-Roman alphabet language)' used to describe a piece of incomprehensible language.
