    are these sentences acceptable?

    " Aeroplanes are comfortable because the seats are specially designed for distant journeys and the employers are very helpful.'

    " Factories work for many hours that's why the workers get tired"

    This is grammatically correct. Factually, however, the statement does not apply to any aeroplane I've ever been on. (And I think you mean 'employees'.)
    "Factories work for many hours; that's why the workers get tired."

    And long journeys would work better IMO.

    I would suggest that the factories don't work; the workers do.
    Factory workers have long hours; that's why they are often tired.
    The factory produced goods most of the day. That's why the workers are often tired.
    Factories produce goods throughout the day... etc.

    @Rover - Amen to that!
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
