    Default The bigger... the more?

    Hello everyone,
I would like to write a comparison sentence with comparative and comparative.

"the bigger hypotenuse gets the more the line impinges in the cell"

Hows does it sound to you? Is it correct?

I would like to thank you in advance for your help,

    Best Regards
    Alexandros PALAIOS

"The larger the hypotenuse becomes, the more the line impinges on the cell."
(I can't say whether it makes sense semantically)
