    one question

    Hello Teacher:

Could you tell me the meaning of the following sentence?

She was at the age when she looked as much like an overgrown boy as a
    girl.

    Thanks a lot.

    Re: one question

Presumably, she hasn't quite reached puberty and started to develop breasts, curves, etc.
