(1) I guess that old saying is true:

Practice makes perfect.

(a) You simply have to keep speaking it, reading it, writing it, and listening

to it.

(b) Of course, living among English-speaking people would be the

best way. In your country, is there some way to spend time

regularly with English speakers?

(c) Furthermore, let's be honest: some people seem to have an ear

for languages. That is, they have a natural talent for learning another

language.

(d) Some famous people have claimed (I repeat "claimed") that they

learned English by simply watching American movies day in and day out.

(e) Basically, I guess it all comes down to this: how much do you

really want to learn English? If you have a very strong reason to

learn it (for example, a scholarship to an American or British university),

you will find a way to bring your English up to standards.

GOOD LUCK

You'll never do that, ETI B.

I've been a native speaker for 70 years and still struggle sometimes to do all that.

I am bad at listening to native speakers of English for I've never been to a native English country. I've met a few of them only here in RS and had a word with them for a very short time.

What I need is video material which is titled in English and in which ordinary native English people speak to each other.

There's plenty of captioned stuff on youtube that might help.
