    What does this idiom "wear your heart on your sleeve" mean?

    That means not to be able to hide your feelings, not to be restrained in it

    I've never really liked this saying. But you're right, it means that someone doesn't hide what they feel and is forthcoming about their feelings.

    On a side note, I've been told this is attractive by some and that it's unattractive by others.
