    Question without blinking an eye

    Hi! Is "without blinking an eye" an idiom phrase? I can't seem to find it in any idiom dictionaries. And what does it mean?....without hesitation or in no time?

    Yes, "without blinking an eye" means "without hesitation, at least that's how I'd understand it.
    "In the blink of an eye" means 'in no time".

    "without blinking an eye" is a set phrase.

    It can mean done without hesitation but generally means no remorse or afterthought about what was done.

    He killed the man without blinking an eye

    "in the blink of an eye" is a set phrase that means quickly or in no time.

    A burglur entered the house and my father killed him in the blink of an eye.
