First, I am not the boss here, and it is fine if you make mistakes, but most people prefer if you use more formal English. So, you should write "you" instead of "u" for example, and just use one question mark, not doubles. Also, you should use a more descriptive thread title, like "Tell it like it is", for example.
Anyway, "tell it like it is" means to be honest and accurate in what you say, and to not soften your words or avoid the truth.
