1)"We won't get any perks yet. We have to wait till we have been working here for two years."

OR

2)"We won't get any perks yet. We have to wait till we will have been working here for two years."

Is 2) correct? Is 1) natural?

1)"We won't get any perks at the moment. We have to wait till we have been working here for two years." I would replace "at the moment" with "yet" to make it more natural.

OR

2)"We won't get any perks at the monent. We have to wait till we will have been working here for two years."

Is 2) correct? Is 1) natural?
#2 is not correct.
