I have been unable to work, due to the problem with your software, for seven days now andIt has been five days since I received the email from you informing me that my request for an Authorization code is being dealt with. As of now, I have heard nothing further.
Could youPlease confirm that my case is being deainlt withyou are dealing with this matter. I am sure you can understand the inconvenience and loss of earnings caused by the problem with your software and the delay in resolving this problem.
A prompt response would be appreciated.
