would you tell me how to improve English vocabularies for the employee (foreign learner) who doesn't have a lot of time to learn? in the other hand they want to speak fluent and have English skills well.

I think this is an unrealistic target. If someone wants to improve their vocabulary, they have to be prepared to work at it regularly. I tell my students that "little and often" is much better than "10 hours on one Saturday every 2 months!"

Learners should be prepared to read in English every day and try to learn vocabulary from their reading. Learners should be prepared to read from a variety of texts e.g. magazines, websites, newspapers and novels.

There are lots of sites that introduce vocabulary daily or look at the meanings of words. How about suggesting that your student should visit a couple of sites daily?

You could ask your student to read this : Why are words so confusing? | IELTS ONLY

In my experience, there are no shortcuts!!

    Hope this helps.
