Default please proorf read and advise

    Phil,
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you but we have now spoken to the people involved and can confirm the following:

Mr. Robert Jones - Executor : Mrs Kelly Fane
    Guardian : Mrs. Diane Nixon

Mrs. Helen Jones - Executor : Mrs. Anne Knight
    Guardian : Mrs. Diane Nixon

I can also confirm - as discussed during our meeting & due to the current strain on our personal finances - we are unfortunately unable to buy any of the other products you offered to us, but if you need any more information, I.e. executors addresses, relationships to them, ages, etc... please let me know asap.

Could you please acknowledge receipt of this email and If you need to speak to me at any time during the day, please Telephone : #### ### ###

    We await your further instructions.

    Kindest regards

    Robert & Helen Jones.

    ----------------------------------------------------------

It is only an email response to a question asked over the telephone. Can anybody tell me if the grammar is O.K. is it to formal and is the layout acceptable?

Any advice would be very welcome.

    Thanks in advance,

    Boozl

    That's very good, Boozl.

    Change & to and.

    Change l.e. to e.g.

    Add apostrophe in executors' addresses.
